Salisbury Steak from the pioneer woman! SOO good and flavorful (and easy) Served with her cheesy grits, also a hit. Need to cook onions a little longer before adding broth to soften them up and let gravy simmer more so it becomes an actual gravy and not a runny sauce. Also, use only half an onion.
